Casa a trecut printr-un proces de "home improvement" / "extreme makeover", acum avem un hol / culoar exterior care leaga mai multe camere, ce inainte aveau iesire direct afara sau nu aveau deloc, ceea ce iarna va fi de mare ajutor cu Crivaturile astea dobrogene :). <br />Plus varuire, grunduire, vopsire fatada si acoperisul casei. Ce-i drept, arata foarte bine acum, ar fi cinstit sa pun poze in stilul before / after, dar fata de cum arata acum... mi-e putin cam rusine de cum arata inainte :). Se trage apoi cu o scobitoare prin partea de nutella pentru a forma urme prin briosa.<br />Se tin vreo 15 minute la cuptor si apoi se lasa la racit. Adaugam si zaharul pudra si batem pana devine o spuma tare. Adaugam nuca, migdale, alune + ciocolata si amestecam cu grija sa nu se lase spuma. Cu ajutorul a doua lingurite se fac mici galuste care se aseaza pe tava. Se introduce tava la cuptor si se coc pricomigdalele cca. 30 min. la o temperatura de 150 grade C. <br />Ale mele au iesit un pic cam arse din cauza cuptorului (care are o minte a lui si nu intelege ce inseamna 150 grade) (cred ca e a treia reteta de pricomigdale pe care o incerc, si tot a treia tura care mi-a iesit arsa), si hartia de copt era cam de proasta calitate, nu se dezlipea de pe fundul fursecurilor (m-am dus la magazin imediat si am luat alta, dar pentru tura asta era prea tarziu)<br />Oricum, la gust, nu au fost chiar total ratate (daca vreti cumva sa faceti aceste fursecuri, mai bine exersati cu reteta originala, a <a href="http://mihaela-bunatati-din-bucataria-mea.blogspot.com/2007/10/pricomigdale-cu-nuci.html">Mihaelei)</a>Ralucahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01913368096933664027noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4898443796010677231.post-58911030840553677652009-06-14T20:26:00.003+03:002009-06-14T20:32:06.073+03:00VenetiaAcum sunt available si pozele din Venetia, de la inceputul lui decembrie.
